Royal Tunbridge Wells will be turning green this March as acclaimed traditional Irish band The Fonthill Session curate the town’s first ever St Patrick’s Day celebration, taking place on Sunday 15 March from 1pm onwards.
Rooted firmly in the pub session tradition, the all-day event will unfold across Fonthill pubs including The George and The Sussex Arms, bringing together live Irish music, informal workshops, and the unmistakable warmth and energy of a true céilí atmosphere.
At the heart of the celebration is The Fonthill Session, a lively Irish and traditional music collective known for delivering authentic, foot-stomping sessions steeped in Celtic heritage.
